Acura’s 2023 Acura Integra comes with impressive styling, updated interior features and a distinctive hatchback design for maximum cargo space.
Acura offers three trims: a base model, an A-Spec package and A-Spec with Technology package.
The entry-level Integra is fitted with a customary 7.0-inch touchscreen for app and smartphone integration. Other standard items include an eight-speaker premium audio system and a 10.2-inch digital cluster.
Under the Hood
All trims have the same basic hard hardware, starting with a turbocharged 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine that supplies 200 hp and 192 Ib-ft of torque.
An automatic continuously variable transmission with race-inspired paddle shifters is standard on the entry Integra 2023 model; while both A-Spec trim levels offer a six-speed manual transmission.
The six-speed manual gearbox includes electronic rev-matching and a limited slip-front differential for maximizing tire traction especially when accelerating out of corners.
Driving enthusiasts looking for a race car feel will find the manual shifter more satisfying than the standard CVT.
The Thrill of Driving
For drivers who want an even sportier drive, Acura offers the Integra A-Spec. It comes with a rear lip spoiler and 18-inch wheels garbed in 235/40 all-season performance tires.
Inside the Integra A-Spec is a racier look and feel with red contrast stitching, red gauge needles and stainless steel pedal covers.
A significant advantage of the A-Spec Tech level in terms of performance is the Adaptive Damper System (ADS) which allows drivers fine-tune handling and ride quality to their liking. ADS permits drivers to customize the steering wheel, engine response, stop/start and gauge settings to their preference.
Comfort and Convenience
Music lovers will also love the high output performance of the 3D audio system. It features 16 speakers, including a cargo-integrated subwoofer for a superior bass sound.
Working in tandem with an upgraded 9.0-inch touchscreen is a wireless smartphone integration and built-in digital voice assistance.
Other perks include wireless charging, ambient interior lighting, front and rear proximity sensors, a 12-way power driver seat with two-position memory and four-way adjustable passenger seats.
