Acura MDX
Consumer Guide has named the 2023 Acura MDX, 2023 RDX and 2023 TLX "Best Buys" because of their exceptional performance, fuel efficiency, affordable prices and resale value.
The 2023 MDX was honored in the Premium Midsize Crossover Category for the 8th time in nine years.
While both the 2023 RDX and 2023 TLX were recognized for the 9th consecutive time in the Premium Compact Crossover and Premium Midsize Car categories respectively.
Since its inception in 2014, Consumer Guide has presented 26 Best Buy Awards to Acura vehicles.
2023 MDX
The 2023 MDX is a carry-over model from its complete redesign last year. It has a 3.5-liter V6 engine which produces 290 hp and 267 Ib-ft of torque.
Entry-level amenities include a 12.3-inch interface display with a remote touchpad, wireless charging and multiple 12-volt USB ports in the first and second rows.
Optional accessories include a real-time traffic and GPS-linked climate control setup, Cabin Talk and a 3D premium sound system with 710-watt amplifier and four additional speakers.
2023 RDX
RDX has a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine. It is synced to a 10-speed automatic transmission that produces 272 hp and 280 Ib-ft of torque.
The compact two-row crossover offers seating for five and a cargo space of 29.5 cubic feet behind rear seats.
Base infotainment features include a 10.2-inch touchscreen, a touchpad controller, HD and satellite radio, nine speakers, three USB ports, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration.
Acura RDX
2023 TLX
TLX offers two engines. Turbocharged four-cylinder engine generates 272 hp and 280 Ib-ft of torque. The 3.0-liter V6 churns out 355 hp and 354 Ib-ft of torque. Both engines are paired with 10-speed automatic transmissions.
Standard trim features include 18-inch wheels, dual-zone climate control, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, capless fuel filler and a panoramic sunroof.
The driver information 10.2-inch display has a remote touch interface pad, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, HD radio, natural-speech command recognition and two USB charge ports.
Free Acura Services
All models have free access to Acura-connected services for three years and are scheduled for zero-cost maintenance for two years or maximum attainment of 24,000 miles.
