Acura's 2024 RDX delivers one of the industry's best all-wheel drive systems, a premium class cabin and reliable safety standards for springtime driving.

The five-passenger SUV is available in Standard, Technology Package, A-Spec Package, Advance Package and A-Spec Advance Package trim levels.

Under the Hood

Acura RDX has a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine that produces 272 hp and 280 lb-ft of torque. It is matched to a 10-speed automatic transmission and accelerates to 60 mph in 6.2 seconds.

A Super Handling All-Wheel Drive system helps the vehicle maintain traction on slippery roads caused by melting winter snow. The SH-AWD with its advanced torque vectoring is also suitable in off-road driving scenarios.

Engineers have revamped the iBooster braking system to improve stopping power, particularly useful as the spring exposes winter potholes and other road hazards.

The 2024 RDX delivers an EPA-estimated 21/27 mpg for city/highway driving.

Comfort and Convenience

Base amenities include automatic heated power-folding side mirrors with puddle lights, LED headlights, a panoramic sunroof and reverse gear tilt down.

Other standard features are keyless entry and ignition, heated 12-way power-adjustable front seats, ambient interior lighting, automatic dual-zone climate control and a nine-speaker stereo system.

An optional Technology package adds built-in navigation, rear-seat USB ports and a 12-speaker ELS Studio audio system. RDX’s 10.2-inch touchpad interface on the center console offers ergonomic access to multiple infotainment features without driving distractions.

Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto  can be synced to the HD center display for music streaming and navigation apps for finding fun springtime destinations.

The RDX is a front-runner in cargo capacity with 29.5 cubic feet of cargo space behind back seats and 58.9 cubic feet with the second row folded down. A maximum cargo volume of 79.8 cubic feet accommodates a tent, sleeping bags, camp chairs, recreational equipment and other out-of-town essentials.
